Statement on COVID-19 outbreak

“The ongoing escalation of COVID-19 presents a major challenge in the global business events industry. BestCities is closely monitoring the situation, working directly with our 11 partner destinations around the world to collectively ensure that best practise is being taken. 

“Associations who have meetings or events planned in any BestCities destinations should be assured that the alliance will provide support for an extensive range of scenarios – utilising our community network and expertise to minimise disruption. 

“Its never been more important to remain unified as a global community as we rise to this challenge. We’ll continue to work closely with our partners to ensure that official health and travel advice as well as guidance of local governmental bodies is being closely followed.”
