Executive Director - Conventions, Meetings and Incentive Travel, Singapore

Ms Carrie Kwik assumed the position of Executive Director Conventions, Meetings and Incentive Travel in November 2025. Immediately prior to this appointment, she was Executive Director World Expo & Special Project from November 2023 to October 2025. In this capacity, she led the whole-of-government efforts to conceptualise, develop, and operate Singapore’s National Pavilion at Expo 2025 in Osaka, Japan and to oversee the tender award for a new Wellness Attraction to establish Singapore as an urban wellness destination.

Carrie was previously based in London as Executive Director, Europe from November 2019 to November 2023 and was responsible for the Board's international operations in Europe developing marketing strategies and spearheading business development efforts.

Carrie brings with her a wealth of experience and knowledge of the tourism sector, having held various key positions spanning public and private stakeholder management, investment promotion and business development since joining the Board in 1992.
